Our Story

The Fieramosca family has been operating Mariners Marina in Barnegat New Jersey since 1975. They had always dreamed of owning a restaurant.  Shortly after Superstorm Sandy, a neighboring marina known as Sun Harbor Bay Club was wiped out. The family purchased the property and that is where the dream became reality.

Their goal was to serve the finest, and freshest food. Starting with fresh caught never farm raised seafood and choice meats.  Additionally, when available fresh local produce would be served.  

On June 15th, 2020 the first guests were served at Sun Harbor Seafood and Grill.  Since then the restaurant has received rave reviews on every platform. During the first 90 days and with the help of only word of mouth advertising they served over 30,000 extremely satisfied customers. 

The outlook for the future is limitless. Customers have come by boat, car, bike or on foot. It’s our plan looking forward to continuing sharing our outstanding food combined with courteous service, and genuine hospitality for all to enjoy.
